January 27, 2009 – San Francisco, CA – Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have just announced the tour dates for their 2009 US and European Tour. The 2009 tour will start on April 1st at the HP Pavilion at San Jose. Tickets for the HP Pavilion performance are on sale this Monday, February 2nd at 10am at www.LiveNation.com. Showtime for this event is 8:00pm. Tickets are priced at $98.00 for general admission floor and $98.00, $68.00 and $39.50 for reserved seating plus applicable service charges.
Springsteen’s sold out Bay Area performances in 2008 were hailed as some of the year’s best by Bay Area music critics.
Springsteen recently performed at the Presidential Inauguration and is set to perform at Super Bowl XLIII. His new album 'Working on a Dream' is earning exemplary reviews.
